We get into his thoughts on his swing philosophy, the learning process that he takes students on, how to long to stick with a swing change or swing coach even if you’re not seeing quick progress, and more.
This part 1 is less about mental game specific stuff and more about some helpful ways to think about swing progress and instruction, which I think is a key component to improvement.
